Welcome Jeff!

By

Our new rabbi, Jeff Dreifus, is in Juneau and – despite the weather – things are warm and cozy at the Temple. More than 30 people showed up for Friday Night services and fourteen for adult education on Saturday night. Today, at 3:30, Keith Levy will offer a Shofar Workshop at 3:30. Stay tuned for the High Holy Day’s schedule.

Welcome Rabbi Jeff Dreifus! Our new student Rabbi’s first visit will be the weekend of August 25th. Check out the calendar for all the details (kids and teen events, services, adult education and shofar blowing – now that’s a good Juneau kick-off). We look forward to gathering again and seeing everyone. The High Holidays are around the corner – a full schedule will be released in the next few days.  We’ll post a bio and picture of Jeff soon. In the meantime – here’s a link to a fun video.
